Senior Project Manager

Location: Midlands | Projects across the Midlands

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading organisation delivering major industrial and logistics projects across the Midlands.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an established Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex construction projects and the confidence to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of major industrial and logistics schemes, managing all aspects of project delivery while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of major industrial and logistics projects
• Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and resources
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
• Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Managing project reporting and governance
• Driving programme, cost, quality and safety performance
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
• Providing leadership to project teams and ensuring effective communication across all parties

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally within industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing or similar sectors.

You should have:

• A strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Excellent project and programme management skills
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant construction or project management qualifications
