Senior Project Manager

We're recruiting for a growing independent construction consultancy delivering some of the UK's most high profile and technically complex developments across commercial, residential, sports, leisure, infrastructure and clean energy.

Current schemes include major London developments, sports facilities, large scale leisure destinations, regeneration programmes and nationally significant infrastructure projects. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple sectors rather than being confined to a single market.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as the lead client contact while managing consultants, contractors and wider project teams. You'll also play an important role in developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultancy Project Manager looking for greater autonomy, more diverse project exposure and a genuine route into senior leadership within a growing business.

Requirements

• Chartered professional, ideally MRICS (essential)
• Consultancy based construction project management experience
• Proven experience leading projects through the full project lifecycle
• Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills
• Confident managing multidisciplinary teams and project governance
• Degree qualified with excellent communication and leadership skills
