Role: Senior Project Manager
Salary: Up to £120,000 + Package
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including site management, commercial, design and subcontractor partners, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance against programme and financial targets, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and quality standards, promoting a positive safety culture across all project activities.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and support to project teams, driving high performance, continuous improvement and the successful delivery of client expectations.
