Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager looking to lead technically challenging façade remediation projects across the North West?

A specialist principal contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to take responsibility for major recladding schemes in Liverpool and Manchester. Your initial focus will include a prominent high-rise residential project on Liverpool’s waterfront, alongside another significant recladding development in Manchester.

As Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager, you will have the autonomy to shape delivery strategy, lead site teams and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply-chain partners. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious construction business operating within one of the industry’s most important and rapidly developing sectors.

Responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager, you will oversee projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through to practical completion and final handover.

You will:

• Lead multiple high-rise façade remediation and recladding projects.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
• Coordinate site managers, subcontractors, design teams and specialist suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with the Building Safety Act, approved designs and relevant fire-safety requirements.
• Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management and clients.
• Identify project risks early and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain exceptional standards of health, safety, quality and resident communication.
• Support the continued development of the company’s operational teams and delivery procedures.

The successful Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager will have experience delivering cladding, façade, external envelope or complex refurbishment projects. You will be confident managing high-value schemes and communicating with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
