Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to join a growing and ambitious construction business, working on a £17m leisure centre in Wirral.

The business specialises in delivering industrial, commercial and leisure projects for a range of high-profile clients, with project values ranging up to £50m. They are continuing to grow and offer genuine opportunities for career progression.

You will take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project, working closely with the site team, client and supply chain to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to budget. You will have ownership of the programme, client relationships, commercial performance and overall project coordination.

The company is also introducing a three-day weekend from October this year, including for site-based teams – something very few construction businesses currently offer.
