Senior Project Payroll Consultant | London | Hybrid | 4 months Temporary Assignment | £500 - £900 per day

My client, a prestigious organisation based in the City of London are currently seeking a Senior Project Payroll Consultant for a 4 Month basis.

This is a senior payroll consultant position that would be capable of assessing the current payroll operating model with a view to recommending a new/improved operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the current payroll operating model end to end across process, governance, systems, service delivery, controls, and stakeholder accountabilities.
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and pain points
  • Assess whether the current model is the optimum setup for the future
  • Evaluate realistic future-state options
  • Recommend the most effective, efficient, and resilient payroll operating model for the future, that sits appropriate alongside our risk profile as an organisation
  • Provide a practical implementation roadmap for any recommendations made
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and commercially sensible way
  • Strong experience in global payroll operating model review and redesign
  • Experience of outsourced payroll environments
  • Experience working across international organisations
  • Good judgement on governance, controls, service quality, and risk
  • Payroll transformation experience
  • HR systems knowledge
  • Provider selection or transition experience
  • Background in both strategy and delivery
  • Current-state review
  • Options paper
  • Recommendation paper
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Executive presentation
