Key Responsibilities:

• Engage prospective investors to understand their financial objectives and long‑term strategy
• Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, nurturing long‑term relationships built on trust
• Guide clients through decision‑making, negotiation and completion
• Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options
• Communicate clear rationale and analysis behind every recommendation
• Follow a structured qualification and advisory process to ensure aligned, evidence‑based guidance

What we're looking for:

• Direct experience selling UK Residential Off‑Plan & Specialist Supported Housing
• Minimum 3+ years of proven performance in property investment sales
• Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, identify buying signals, and close consistently
• Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare
• Ambition to progress into a future Sales Manager role - Desirable
• Experience selling overseas property markets - Desirable
