Senior Property Manager | Edinburgh | £39,000 + Bonus
We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio while supporting and mentoring a team of Property Managers.
The Role
- Manage tenancies from move-in to move-out
- Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, and property compliance
- Handle complex tenancy issues, disputes, and deposit matters
- Ensure compliance with Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements
- Mentor colleagues and help drive high standards across the team
About You
- 4+ years' residential property management experience
- Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation and HMO management
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using property management systems such as SME, Fixflo, and InventoryBase
- ARLA Propertymark and/or Letwell qualified
- Previous mentoring or team leadership experience is advantageous
