Senior QA Officers - Why You Should Apply

Ready to step up from QA Officer? This Senior QA Officer (Senior Quality Assurance Officer) role with a leading manufacturer pays up to £40,000. It offers flexitime and a clear path to QA Manager.

Build your day around you: Start any time between 7:30am and 9:30am and finish between 3:30pm and 5:30pm. Do the school run, miss the rush hour, or get to the gym while it's quiet.

A clear route to management: This role is part of the succession plan for QA Management. You'll grow into leadership with the business backing you, rather than waiting for someone to leave.

Be the face of quality: You'll be the main QA contact for your own customers, hosting their audits and quality meetings.

More than the usual QA: Alongside GMP and BRCGS work, you'll manage Export Health Certificates and work with vet inspectors.

Christmas off every year: The site shuts from Christmas to New Year, and there's no weekend or bank holiday working. Your time off is properly yours.

Your salary, benefits & hours of work

  • Up to £40,000 depending on experience

  • Holidays: 24 days plus 8 bank holidays, increasing with length of service (one extra day for every 5 years, to a maximum of 25 years)

What you'll do as the Senior QA Officer

  • Lead the internal audit programme and keep the site audit-ready
