What You'll Do:
As a Senior QA Technician, you will be the backbone of our quality management system. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing batch release activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Verifying Device History Records (DHRs) against Device Master Records (DMRs) and manufacturing procedures.
- Prioritising batch release schedules and effectively communicating any issues.
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
What We're Looking For:
We seek a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. You should have:
- Education: 5 GCSEs Grade 5 or above (or equivalent), including English, Maths, and Science.
- Experience: Sound knowledge of GxP, especially GMP, GDP, MDSAP, and IVDR, with previous experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent oral and written communication abilities, strong organisational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel off-site to establishments within a 20-mile radius (infrequent).
