Senior Quality Assurance Technician

A hands-on quality role for someone who wants more influence than simply checking paperwork.

You’ll support the Technical Manager, lead the Production Quality Checker team and help move the site from a QC-led approach to a stronger QA culture.

• Manage the Production Quality Checker team.
• Maintain and improve the site’s Quality Management System.
• Support compliance with BRC, ISO 9001, customer and regulatory standards.
• Assist with HACCP, audits, complaints and non-conformances.
• Identify training needs across the operation.
• Support product assessments and NPD projects.
• Deputise for the Technical Manager when required.

You’ll have quality or technical experience within food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of HACCP, BRC and factory QMS.

A Food Science degree, HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 are required. Lead Auditor experience would be beneficial.
