I'm working with a specialist residential contractor who is looking to appoint a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious high-end residential development in St John's Wood.
The structural works are complete, with the project now entering the fit-out phase, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong finishing and commercial delivery experience.
The Role
- Commercial lead on a live £15m residential project
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages
- CVRs, valuations, variations and final accounts
- Reporting into the Commercial Director
- Site-based role with immediate start

- Façade, structural works and shell & core complete
- Now progressing through the internal fit-out
- Approximately 12 months remaining
