I'm currently working with a well-established construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its London team. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week in the London office, and occasional travel required. 

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of retail fit-out and refurbishment projects for a range of well-known national retail clients. You'll be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects from inception through to final account, while building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven Quantity Surveying consultancy experience, ideally with some retail fit out and refurbishment project experience too.
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • MRICS qualification
In return, my client is offering a salary up to £75,000 plus benefits including 27 days holiday, private healthcare, enhanced pension, discretionary bonus, etc.
