A vibrant, forward-thinking construction consultancy are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small, boutique team that predominantly work across the education and healthcare sectors, delivering a wide variety of projects across London.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage projects independently, occasionally managing multiple projects simultaneously, with involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle.

You'll benefit from joining a close-knit, hard-working team, with a number of long-serving team members, proving their social and rewarding culture.

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who's looking to join a smaller consultancy with real progression and the right environment to build a career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Requirements

• A degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• Consultancy experience is essential
• Ideally MRICS or working towards APC
• Experience across the education & healthcare sectors is beneficial but not essential
• Confident in client-facing environments
• Ambitious, hard-working and a team player
