Senior Quantity Surveyor

Have you been working as a Quantity Surveyor for the Social Housing sector and thinking of a step up to a Tier 1 Contractor?

What you'll be doing:

Focusing primarily on Social Housing refurbishment such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, Windows & Doors and Roofing works.

• Maintain client relationships through consistent delivery of projects kept within budgets and timelines.
• You'll be based in either Grimsby or Boston to cover the Lincolnshire area, with hybrid working available on site, in the office and at home.
• Manage the team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors to ensure they feel supported and mentored for professional success.

What you'll need:

• Relevant qualifications relating to Quantity Surveying
• Previous experience working in the Social Housing sector
• Good leaderships skills
• UK Driving Licence
