An international, Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to grow their North West residential team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, following a large increase in project opportunities in Manchester.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved from an early stage. Leading developments from inception through to completion. Also providing an Employers Agent role.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships that support the company's long-term growth and profitability.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRIC's
- Strong PQS Construction Consultancy experience
- Good Pre and Post contract knowledge
- Commutable to Manchester
- Ideally previous residential experience
- Employers agent experience
