Senior Quantity Surveyor

A boutique Project and Cost Management Construction Consultancy, with one of London's most impressive client portfolios, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Quantity Surveying team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a London based consultancy and a team of 20+ who work across a unique mix of museum and art projects, as well as interactive commercial/leisure projects.

Due to continued growth and an increasing project pipeline, the Cost Management team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable in client-facing environments and confident leading projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree
• Worked within a Construction Consultancy / PQS practice
• Museum or heritage project experience would be a plus, not essential
• Pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable in client facing scenarios
• Experience of leading projects independently
