Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Twickenham / Hybrid | £460-£475/day Outside IR35

I'm currently supporting one of the UK's leading Tier 1 infrastructure contractors in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship infrastructure project in London. This is a great opportunity to join a large and settled team that will support you throughout the project.

This is a long-term contract opportunity on a high-profile scheme that is still in its early stages, offering the chance to play a key commercial role from pre-construction through to delivery. Successful delivery of this project can and will lead to further contract assignments within the framework.

Key responsibilities:

• Cost management, forecasting and reporting
• NEC contract administration
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Change management and compensation events
• Commercial risk and opportunity management
• Subcontractor accounts and claims
• Cash flow and commercial reporting

Requirements:

• Strong infrastructure or civil engineering background
• NEC contract experience
• Proven cost control, forecasting and subcontract management skills
• Water sector experience beneficial but not essential

Rate: £460-£475 per day (Outside IR35, subject to review)
Location: Twickenham / Hybrid
