  • Promote continuous improvement across commercial processes and project delivery.
About You

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Strong knowledge of NEC forms of contract and contractual compliance.
  • Experience managing commercial risk across large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Proven expertise in cost value reconciliations, forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Experience managing project cash flow and leading final account negotiations.
  • Strong negotiation skills when working with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior commercial professionals.
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
