Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a Permanent, Full-time consultancy position delivering cost consultancy services across education, residential and commercial projects while managing client relationships and project financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quantity surveying services from project inception to completion
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, financial reports and final accounts
- Manage procurement, tender documentation and contract administration
- Provide commercial advice to clients and project teams
- Support business development and regional service delivery
Requirements
- MRICS qualified
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Two to four years' post-qualification experience
- Consultancy-based quantity surveying experience
- Experience across education, residential and commercial projects preferred
Salary & Package
- £60,000–£70,000 salary
- Annual profit share after 12 months
