Senior Quantity Surveyor - Healthcare

Cityscape is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy in London, working on a range of high-profile healthcare schemes across London and the South.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with NHS Trust clients on major capital projects, including large-scale new build hospital developments, taking responsibility for cost management and commercial delivery from inception through to completion.

The role:
  • Lead pre and post contract quantity surveying services
  • Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies and tender documentation
  • Manage project costs, variations and final accounts
  • Build strong relationships with NHS clients and project stakeholders
  • Support junior team members and contribute to project success
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
  • Consultancy background
  • Healthcare sector experience, ideally with NHS clients
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
On offer is a salary up to £80,000 plus discretionary bonus, pension, private healthcare and 25 days annual leave. The company has a hybrid working policy and flexible working hours.
