Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure

Cardiff | Up to £65,000 + Benefits | Hybrid Working

I'm recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded infrastructure consultancy that is continuing to grow its commercial team in Cardiff.

This opportunity offers the chance to work on a broad portfolio of infrastructure schemes across Rail, Highways, Water, Utilities and Major Infrastructure, delivering projects for public and private sector clients throughout Wales and the wider UK.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of commercial delivery across multiple projects while supporting less experienced surveyors and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Delivering pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
• NEC contract administration
• Managing cost reporting and forecasting
• Compensation event management
• Procurement and tender support
• Valuations and commercial reporting
• Stakeholder engagement
• Mentoring junior team members

You'll ideally have:

• Senior Quantity Surveying experience within infrastructure
• NEC3 or NEC4 experience
• Consultancy, contractor or client-side background
• Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach to project delivery
