Senior Quantity Surveyor

MMP Consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. This role will focus on the commercial delivery of fit-out, refurbishment and residential projects, managing costs from pre-construction through to final account.

Location: London / East (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of multiple fit-out, refurbishment and residential projects
• Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
• Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Contract administration (JCT)
• Producing CVRs and commercial reports
• Managing commercial risks and opportunities
• Building strong client and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Strong background in fit-out, refurbishment and residential construction
• Excellent knowledge of JCT contracts
• Strong commercial, negotiation and reporting skills
• Design & Build contractor experience preferred
