SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR – BRISTOL

Client

Our client is a long-established contractor, renowned for working on large projects in and around Central Bristol. The client is well respected, successful and financially strong.

Job Summary:

Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee large projects in Central Bristol. Reporting into the Company Directors.

Role / Responsibilities 

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor on new build residential projects.
• Managing the day-to-day work on site.
• Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements and budgets
• The ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
• Working day to day along the production, design, pre-construction teams
• A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines.        

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• An industry applicable degree qualification.
• Proven track record within a similar sector.

Individual:

• Able to work as part of a team.
• Previous UK Construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage an onsite commercial team
• Strong work ethic
• An excellent communicator.
• Have strong commercial awareness.
• Good IT knowledge
