Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead

£60,000 - £70,000 + Car Allowance + Package
Sphere Solutions are working with a growing regional contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead for a landmark multi-storey residential scheme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial delivery of a major residential project
- Manage subcontractor procurement and JCT subcontract packages
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts and valuations
- Assess subcontractor applications and issue Payment and Pay Less Notices
- Manage variations, supplier payments and final accounts
- Work closely with the project team to ensure commercial success throughout delivery
About You
- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Lead
- Main contractor experience on large construction projects
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
- Excellent commercial, procurement and cost management skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of a major scheme
