Senior Quantity Surveyor

Warrington | Up to £75,000 + Excellent Package

I'm currently working with an extremely well-established Principal Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering some of the region's most prestigious and high-value commercial and industrial fit-out projects.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior QS looking to take ownership of high-value projects and work alongside an experienced commercial and operational team within a business that offers genuine long-term career progression.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account, working closely with the project delivery team to ensure schemes are delivered profitably and to the highest standards.

You will be involved across the full commercial lifecycle, managing costs, procurement, subcontractors, valuations, variations and final accounts while building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Strong experience working on commercial and/or industrial fit-out projects.
• Experience working for a Main Contractor or Principal Contractor.
• Strong understanding of subcontract procurement, package management, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work closely with operational teams and manage multiple commercial priorities.
• Ambitious and keen to develop their career within a growing and highly respected contractor.
