As Senior Research & Development Lead, your purpose is to drive optimisation, innovation, and excellence in the development of advanced and where applicable AI solutions. 

This role leads the R&D solutions design, proof of concept, testing, and potential integration of cutting-edge optimisation and artificial intelligence technologies that enhance patient care, streamline healthcare (including back office) workflows, and support the company’s strategic growth and innovation objectives. Within your role, you are responsible for translating requirements into robust optimisation AI-driven features, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, with partners and customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable capabilities that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.

You will work with the Managing Director, and Medical Director, and Product leads responsible for innovation, as well as the Technical Design Authority, proposing changes and developing complex backend process, ensuring seamless integration with our systems or as standalone capabilities.

Location Remote hybrid (with occasional travel to Ashford Kent)

Hours Available 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
