Senior Recruitment Consultant in Little Packington, Warwickshire

We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join Boden Group’s growing Contract & Interim team.

This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of an established specialist market, working across high-value contract and interim appointments with a particular focus on transformation, mobilisation and senior project roles within Facilities Management.

You’ll have access to established client relationships and live opportunities from day one, alongside the autonomy to develop your own network, win new business and build a successful contract desk.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing long-term relationships with clients and contractors.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing an established contract and interim desk.
• Recruiting senior contract and interim professionals across the FM market.
• Delivering high-value transformation, mobilisation and project-led appointments.
• Developing existing Boden Group client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Proactively winning new contract and interim business.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of specialist contractors.
• Managing assignments from initial client brief through to placement and extension.
• Maintaining contractor relationships throughout the duration of their assignments.
• Building a sustainable contractor book that generates recurring revenue.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who understands the pace, relationship management and commercial opportunity of the contract and interim market.

You’ll ideally bring a track record of developing client relationships, winning business and successfully delivering contract recruitment assignments.

Experience within Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Engineering, Building Services, Transformation or another related professional market would be advantageous. However, we’re also interested in speaking with successful contract recruiters from other specialist sectors.
