Search Recruitment Group, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies with offices nationwide and in New York, is growing our Construction, Trades & Labour team in Newcastle, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join us.

You'll be joining a business where construction recruitment has been at the heart of what we do since day one. What you'll be doing:
- Proactively generate new business through B2B calls, client meetings and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify new opportunities and build your own pipeline of prospective clients.
- Negotiate fees and terms to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, becoming their go-to recruitment partner
- Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract candidates.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, networking and direct approaches.
- Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement.
- Ensure compliance with Right to Work checks and internal processes.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with both clients and candidates.
