Are you an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant looking for a market where the fees are bigger, the pace is faster and the earning potential is genuinely exciting?

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business focused on the US IT and Technology market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 360 agency recruiter who understands the tech recruitment landscape and wants to apply their skills to the US market, where higher salaries, larger placement fees and shorter notice periods create a highly commercial recruitment environment.

You do not necessarily need previous US recruitment experience. What matters is that you have a strong background in agency technology recruitment, can win and develop business, manage candidates effectively and operate confidently across the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.

The Opportunity

You will build and develop your own specialist desk within the US technology market, working with high-growth businesses and technology-led organisations across a range of IT and digital disciplines.

The US market offers significant advantages for an ambitious recruiter. Fees are typically higher, salaries are strong, notice periods are shorter and hiring processes can move quickly. For a commercially minded consultant, the opportunity to generate substantial billings and commission is significant.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing a specialist US technology recruitment desk
• Winning new clients through proactive business development
• Developing long-term relationships with US-based hiring managers
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre technology professionals
• Managing candidate processes across interview, offer and close
• Growing existing accounts and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Becoming a genuine specialist within your chosen technology vertical

What We’re Looking For

You must have previous agency recruitment experience within IT or Technology.

We are particularly interested in recruiters who can demonstrate:

• Strong 360 recruitment experience
• Proven business development ability
• Experience recruiting across IT, Technology, Software, Cloud, Data, Cyber Security, Infrastructure or related markets
• A track record of building client relationships
• Confidence working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
• Strong candidate management and closing skills
• The ambition to build a highly profitable desk

Previous experience recruiting into the US market would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
