Senior Recruitment Consultant : Further Education : Temp & Perm

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established Education team, focusing on the Further Education (FE) market across both temporary and permanent recruitment.

Our Education business has its heart in the East Midlands, where we’ve built a strong team, established relationships and a successful business.

Now we want to take that further.

This role will help us grow our presence into Birmingham and beyond, building on what we already do well and creating new relationships and opportunities across the region.

You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have an established team, existing knowledge and infrastructure behind you, but plenty of autonomy to make an impact and help us grow.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Build and develop relationships with colleges and FE providers
• Grow both temporary and permanent recruitment
• Develop existing accounts and open new doors
• Build strong candidate and temporary worker networks
• Spot opportunities and turn them into business
• Work with pace, take ownership and get things done
• Ultimately, generate fees and help us grow our Education business

FE or Education recruitment experience would be great, but we’re also open to talking to successful recruiters from other sectors who have the right skills and approach.
