Senior Recruitment Consultant | IT Contract Division

We're looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our Belfast team.

If you enjoy the pace of contract recruitment, building long term client relationships and managing a portfolio of contractors, this is an opportunity to join a business where contract recruitment is valued and supported.

You'll be responsible for developing and growing your own contract desk, working with IT contractors and clients across Ireland. From winning new business to managing contractor relationships, you'll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full 360 contract recruitment process from business development through to placement
• Sourcing, qualifying and placing IT contractors
• Negotiating contract rates and managing offer processes
• Managing contractor onboarding, extensions, renewals and offboarding
• Building lasting relationships with both contractors and hiring managers

We're looking for someone with proven experience in contract recruitment. Ideally this will be within the IT market, but we're open to recruiters from other specialist contract sectors who understand the pace and mechanics of contract recruitment.

You'll also have:

• Experience managing the full contract recruitment lifecycle
• A strong understanding of contractor management, compliance and rate negotiation
• Confidence developing new business and managing client relationships
• The ability to work in a target driven, fast moving environment
• A proactive approach and the motivation to build your own desk
