Senior Recruitment Consultant

Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of our industry leading recruitment agencies based in Hertfordshire:

• Construction/ Civil Engineering - White Collar, permanent desk
• Previous experience within these sectors would be highly desirable but strong consultants from any white collar industry will be considered 
• Desk is available due to an internal promotion 
• WARM desk
• View to stepping up into a Divisional Lead role within the business
• 1 day remote working
• Flexible working hours 8-5pm or 7:30 -4:30pm
• Commission paid 10-35% - NO THRESHOLD
• Base up to £45k
• Quaterly team incentives, most recently a team trip to Ibiza!
