What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your own specialist market, developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Winning new business and developing new client relationships
- Growing and managing existing accounts
- Building networks of high-quality candidates within your specialist market
- Managing recruitment campaigns from initial brief through to successful placement
- Negotiating terms, fees and offers
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients through market insight and recruitment expertise
- Building your personal brand through LinkedIn and networking
- Attending client meetings, networking events and industry conferences
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- At least 3 years' experience in recruitment
- A proven track record of consistent billing and business development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset with a passion for winning business
- A proactive, ambitious and competitive attitude
- A desire to continue progressing your career within a growing business
Experience within the property, housing, construction or public sector recruitment markets would be advantageous but isn't essential.
