The Role

You'll recruit professional construction talent across permanent and contract markets, working with established clients including developers, consultants, main contractors and specialist construction businesses.

• Quantity Surveyors
• Project Managers
• Site Managers
• Commercial Managers
• Estimators
• Design Managers
• Contracts Managers
• Building Surveyors
• Construction Directors
• Technical Construction Professionals

You'll have the autonomy to develop your own market, strengthen existing relationships and build new business opportunities across the East Midlands and wider UK construction sector.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Recruitment Consultancy experience is essential 
• Construction, Property, Engineering or Technical recruitment background preferred
• Proven success in business development and account management
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Consultative and professional approach to recruitment
• Passion for delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience
• Ambitious, positive and team-focused attitude
