Role             Perms Recruitment Consultant - Oldbury Birmingham

Sector´s       Skilled/Technical, Industrial or Commercial/Office

 Salary          £32,000-£35,000 DOE (Recruitment Experience) + Uncapped bonus

What you'll be doing

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client and candidate relationships while growing your specialist perms or temps desk..... or even running a dual desk.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing new business and growing client accounts

• Building relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates

• Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment process

• Driving revenue growth across your desk
