Senior Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established Industrial & Driving temporary recruitment desk based in Warrington. The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business while delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a busy Industrial & Driving temporary recruitment desk.
• Winning new business through proactive sales, networking and referrals.
• Building long-term relationships with clients across logistics, transport, warehousing and industrial sectors.
• Recruiting, interviewing and placing industrial and driving candidates into temporary assignments.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement and aftercare.
• Coordinating temporary workers, ensuring excellent levels of compliance and customer service.
• Negotiating rates, terms of business and commercial agreements.
• Achieving and exceeding sales, activity and billing targets.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the Industrial and/or Driving recruitment sector (essential).
• A proven track record of business development and generating revenue.
• Experience managing temporary recruitment desks.
• Strong client relationship management and account development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• A proactive, resilient and target-driven attitude.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
