Senior Recruitment Consultant
At Shoal, we are a Health, Safety and Environmental consultancy supporting clients across the UK's energy, industrial and construction sectors.
Our services span strategic HSE consultancy, project delivery support, training, PPE and workforce solutions, helping clients improve compliance, strengthen project performance and deliver work safely. Rather than offering individual services in isolation, we work as a trusted partner, providing practical solutions that support our clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects.
Our Recruitment Division
Recruitment is a key part of what we do, but we're not a ‘recruitment agency’.
Our Recruitment department works as a specialist consultancy, partnering with clients to understand their business, projects and long-term workforce requirements. We provide contract and permanent HSE professionals, project teams and specialist technical personnel who become an extension of our clients' operations.
With an annual turnover of more than £7.5 million, our Recruitment division is already a significant part of the business and continues to grow year on year. We're looking for
experienced recruiters who want to be part of that journey; people who are driven, enjoy building relationships, create opportunities and aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get things done.
Overview of the Role
We are looking for a confident, strong minded recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by building long-term partnerships, delivering results and driving growth.
This is a senior role suited to someone who can confidently manage both existing and new client relationships, identify commercial opportunities and deliver recruitment solutions across HSE Advisors, Managers and other specialist technical roles.
You'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development and
workforce planning through to placement, contractor management and retention, playing a key role in the continued growth of one of Shoal's fastest-growing service lines.
