Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tech or Sales | Synerjy Consulting
Location: Remote / WFH
Salary: Strong base + uncapped commission (realistic OTE well into six figures)
Synerjy Consulting is a global tech and sales recruitment business. We're growing, and we're looking for a senior consultant with a proven billing history who wants to run their own desk without the usual agency politics slowing them down.
If you've got a strong track record in tech or sales recruitment and you're past the point of needing to be managed, this is worth a conversation.
The role
You'll run a senior 360 desk across tech or sales recruitment, permanent or contract, with full ownership of your client relationships and pipeline. This isn't a role where you'll be handed a script. We want someone who already knows how to build a market and can be trusted to run with it from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and growing your own client base at a senior level, including key accounts
- Managing the full recruitment cycle end to end, from business development through to close
- Sourcing and closing top-tier talent in tech or sales markets
- Negotiating complex offers and managing longer sales cycles where needed
- Building out a specialist market or vertical as your own, with scope to shape how it grows
- Acting as a go-to voice for junior consultants where useful, without this being a formal management role
What we're looking for
- A strong, proven billing track record in 360 recruitment, ideally in tech or sales
- Several years of experience and an established network or specialism
- Someone who works independently, sets their own standards, and doesn't need chasing
- Resilience, drive, and genuine commercial hunger
- A background in competitive sport is a big plus. We like people who understand targets, pressure, and what it takes to win
