Senior Recruitment Partner (Facilities Management)

At Omni, we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Partner to join our growing Facilities Management recruitment team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who understands the FM and Building Services market and enjoys partnering with clients to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across a range of technical, operational and management-level appointments.

Working on behalf of some of the UK's leading FM, property and infrastructure organisations, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, developing trusted client relationships and delivering outstanding candidate experiences.

Whether your background is in Facilities Management, Building Services, Property & Engineering Services, the wider Built Environment sector or a related industry, we're interested in speaking with recruiters who can bring market expertise, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across permanent, contract and temporary hiring requirements, supporting clients operating within the Facilities Management and wider Built Environment sectors.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Direct sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking and headhunting techniques.
• Recruiting for a range of FM-related positions including Facilities Managers, Contract Managers, Operations Managers, Project Managers, Building Services Engineers, M&E professionals, Technical Managers, Compliance specialists and senior leadership appointments.
• Conducting detailed candidate interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Producing high-quality shortlists and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
• Building and maintaining talent pools within the Facilities Management and Property Services sectors.
• Developing strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice.
• Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through to successful placement and onboarding.
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and additional recruitment projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous recruitment experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, Property Services, Engineering Services, Construction Infrastructure or a closely related sector.
• Experience recruiting for technical, operational and management-level positions.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Proven success delivering recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and multiple sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and candidate management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
