Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, Talent Resourcer or Recruiter who enjoys building relationships, uncovering talent and creating outstanding candidate experiences?
At Smile Education, you'll play a key role in building a community of education professionals who make a real difference in schools every day. Working alongside one of our top-performing consultants and a highly experienced Director, you'll help identify, attract and engage exceptional teachers and support staff across the Midlands.

What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and social media
- Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates
- Headhunting passive candidates
- Building long-term relationships and candidate communities
- Managing registrations and compliance processes
- Working closely with consultants to fill vacancies quickly and effectively
- Delivering an exceptional candidate journey from first contact through to placement
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing experience
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and influencing ability
- Resilience and determination
- High levels of organisation and responsiveness
- A proactive approach and strong sense of urgency
What You'll Get
- £25,000 - £32,000 basic salary
