Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for your next leadership opportunity?
Brainkind Stagenhoe is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse to join our specialist neurological care team, supporting adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.
What you'll do
- Lead and support a team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.
- Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred care.
- Support staff development, supervision and mentoring.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
About you
✔ NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience
✔ Evidence of ongoing CPD
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Passion for delivering high-quality care
