We're looking for a compassionate and committed Senior Residential Children & Young Peoples Worker for our nurturing and beautifully designed residential home supporting children and young people aged 8-18 with complex needs and behaviours. With accommodation for up to three children & young people, the home offers a safe and enriching environment where young people can build friendships, explore new experiences, and develop confidence, independence, and emotional resilience.

What you'll be doing. Every day brings something different. You'll:
✨ Overseeing Residential Children & Young Peoples Workers within the home and liaising with the Childrens Deputy Home Manager.
✨ Build trusting, nurturing relationships that promote independence and well-being.
✨ Work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals.
✨ Support the upkeep of the home, including domestic tasks.
✨ Accurately document and maintain records.
✨ Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
✨ Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment overnight.

We're looking for someone who:
Is a driver.
Holds (or is willing to work towards) a Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Hold Senior experience ideally within a Ofsted regulated service. 
Be motivated to make a positive impact in young people's lives.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Be willing to attend mandatory training, group supervision, and consultation sessions during daytime hours (with advance notice).
