Senior Residential Support Worker / Team Leader - Childrens Homes

Locations: Wolverhampton
Salary: £13.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience, to be discussed at interview)
Additional Benefits: £50 per sleep-in shift, plus bonus opportunities for Team Leaders

We are currently recruiting for experienced and passionate Senior Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our children's residential services across our home in Wolverhampton

Senior Residential Support Worker

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience working within children's residential care.

• Must have a driving licence

• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting junior staff members.
• A Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care, Residential Childcare, or a willingness to work towards one.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and promoting positive outcomes for young people.
