What the Senior Sales Administrator will be doing:

  • Taking customer orders over the phone and by email with accuracy and warmth.
  • Processing orders end‑to‑end and making sure every detail is correct.
  • Keeping customers updated and ensuring they receive a smooth, reliable service.
  • Handling day‑to‑day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Working closely with a small, supportive team who value honesty, humour, and getting the job done well.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an office environment, in order processing ,sales administration or purchasing, ideally in a Manufacturing environment. 
  • Ideally experience in an Office management role that can also demonstrate owning and managing processes and problem solving.
  • Confident speaking with customers and building positive relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping on top of deadlines.
  • Someone down‑to‑earth, reliable, and happy working in the office every day.
