Responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Convert incoming enquiries into sales
- Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales process
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
- Produce quotations, order acknowledgements and sales documentation
- Liaise with the Technical team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in the home improvement sector
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Experience converting opportunities into sales
- Good organisational and follow-up skills
- A professional and self-motivated approach
