- Work closely with Sales Progressors, solicitors, mortgage advisers and purchasers to keep transactions moving within agreed timescales
- Act as a departmental specialist for shared ownership, resales, and staircasing processes
- Deputise for the Sales Manager when required, supporting the day-to-day coordination of team activity
- Provide guidance, mentoring and informal coaching to Sales Executives, helping to build knowledge, capability and consistency across the team
- Assist the Sales Manager with sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline summaries and performance analysis
- Champion compliance with relevant policies, procedures and legislation, including Anti-Money Laundering, Data Protection and the New Homes Quality Code
More About You
- Extensive understanding of shared ownership, resales and staircasing legislation and processes
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and KPI targets within the property sector
- Strong experience managing customer enquiries and sales pipelines from initial enquiry through to completion
- Experience handling complex customer cases, complaints and sensitive conversations effectively
- The confidence to provide guidance, coaching and support to colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice
