Senior Sales Professional – Logistics
 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Professional to drive new business growth across the UK, with a focus on the logistics and outsourcing sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business, building senior-level relationships and closing high-value opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UK-wide new business strategies.

• Identify, qualify and convert new B2B opportunities.

• Build relationships with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close.

• Deliver consultative, solution-led sales tailored to client requirements.

• Prepare and present commercial proposals and negotiate terms.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities.

• Develop long-term client partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth.

• Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions and client meetings.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years' proven B2B sales / business development experience.

• Strong track record of generating and closing new business.

• Experience selling into logistics, outsourcing, BPO, professional services or SaaS is desirable.

• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

• Commercially focused, ambitious and results driven.

• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.

• Existing UK business network would be highly advantageous.
