Salary - £26,000-£28,000 - OTE - £35,000-£40,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a fast-paced, independent property business at an exciting stage of its growth.

We’re looking for a confident and motivated property professional with sales experience within either residential sales or lettings, excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

You’ll benefit from a warm desk with existing opportunities, allowing you to hit the ground running, alongside genuine opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and progressing property sales from instruction through to completion
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to prospective buyers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible results
• Following up warm leads and maximising sales opportunities
• Providing regular feedback and updates to clients
• Assisting with valuations and generating new business
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
• Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the business

The Essentials

• Previous property sales experience within either sales or lettings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proven sales focus
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confident, proactive and motivated
• Full UK driving licence
