An opportunity to become the right-hand person to the Aftersales Manager, lead the service team from the front and play a key role in the day-to-day success of a busy main dealer.

Whether you're already a Senior Service Advisor, an experienced Service Advisor ready for more responsibility, or a Workshop Controller looking for a fresh challenge, this role offers progression, real responsibility and excellent earning potential with a rewarding bonus scheme.

The Role

As the senior member of the front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the service department operates efficiently.

You'll work closely with the workshop, keep customers informed throughout their journey and support the wider team to maintain the high standards expected of a busy main dealer.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience within a franchised/main dealer environment
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• Someone who naturally takes ownership and leads by example
• The confidence to support the department in the Aftersales Manager's absence

Salary and Benefits

• £31,000–£33,000 basic salary
• Realistic OTE of £48,000
• Genuine senior position with management responsibility
• Opportunity to progress your career within a successful dealership
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30am–12:30pm (with weekend working in the process of being phased out)
